CHANGE OF VENUE TO CONSERVATORY ANGEL BARRIOS IN TORRE DE LOS PICOS STR, NEAR PALACE OF SPORTS

Aimed at advanced-level students of violin, viola, cello, clarinet, flute, bassoon and chamber music ensembles (string quartets, wind quintets and wind trios) working professional instrumental performers and music teachers of conservatoires and music schools.

Contents: the workshop will consist of individual instrument classes and chamber music sessions for chamber music ensembles already established and which enroll in the workshop as a group. Active students will receive a minimum of two classes of 45 minutes duration each and chamber music groups will receive two classes of 90 minutes each. Classes will be given in English or Spanish.

Complementary activities: one concert by teachers will take place during the celebration of the course,as well as a closing concert by students on June 30th , in the framework of the FEX (Festival' extension) of the 66 International Festival of Music and Dance of Granada


Dates and venue: from June 27th to 30th, in morning and afternoon sessions. Bassoon classes will take place from June 26th in the morning to June 29th.

Places for active students: maximum 12 alumnos per instrument (This number can be reduced depending on the chamber groups admitted). Chamber music groups should indicate their teacher’s order of preference. Observers will also be welcome with the only limitation of the venue’s capacity.

Selection process: Those interested in taking part in the workshop as active students should send , together with the payment of th registration fee (30 euros, non refundable), the following documents: . -Curriculum vítae including personal data (full address and passport number) - A link to a video (YouTube, Vimeo…) with good quality of image and sound, with a duration of 5-10 minutes including a recent performing.
